Marketing and training support was our team to enhance their advanced business call center, complete with customer loyalty and retention programs, contributing in part to the client’s top five ranking in the nation.
The New York Group assisted one of the top plastic surgical groups in the nation in modernizing their brand. The new branding efforts gave the client’s practice a clean, progressive image, while building on their outstanding reputation. The new logo, an abstract interpretation of an artist‚ a brush, was a clean and consistent design involving four distinct parts, each representing the virtues of the client’s practice: top surgical expertise, largest practice in the nation, an inclusive approach to beauty and a commitment to education.
The New York Group developed a fine arts student scholarship in memory of the founder of a large luxury automotive group, a cooperative effort involving the Nassau County Museum of Art and Nassau Community College. Our team conceptualized, developed and launched the annual scholarship providing high school graduates the opportunity to gain college funding. Artwork from hundreds of students was submitted, culminating at a lively art exhibition where winners were presented with $5,000 scholarships towards the institution of their choice.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) are two major areas of change in how businesses sell to and support their customers. Marketcircle, a Canadian-based software developer, teamed up with The New York Group to market its premier business CRM software package named Daylite. Through sales seminars, product training, e-newsletter articles and other business to business events, we assisted Marketcircle in its product launch in the U.S. market, including a tour of Apple retail stores in the New York tri-state area.
